Gail Kartell (picture right) is the office and business administrator for D.A.S. She is a graduate of F.I.T. in NYC, NY with a degree in Interior Design. Before relocating back to New York, Gail worked closely with a builder of custom homes on the Landings of Skidaway Island, in Savannah, GA. While there she acted as a liaison between sub-contractors and the clients to assure that the projects ran smoothly. Many of their clients lived elsewhere and depended on her for hands on design input.
She was a past member of the Hopp Ground Garden Club of Bedford prior to her move to Savannah and once chaired the floral design committee and received an award for Best in Show at the John Jay Homestead flower show. She currently resides with her husband in nearby Connecticut; close to her family in Bedford, NY. While she is not in the office she is an avid golfer and tennis player. Knitting is her love and she donates her creations to area hospitals for the newborns going home. She sings in the choir of her new church and has been a choir member for many years. She was also council chair of her previous church in New Canaan, CT.
